Featured Pose:  Chakravakasana

We often overlook some of the simplest things in life; getting caught up in the details. One of my favorite poses for getting connected with my body is Chakravakasana. It is relaxing and low-key, and very adaptable. It is useful for some of the following reasons: easing fatigue and mild back pain, calming the mind, focusing on the breath and gently stretching the spine. It can also be done in a chair if you have knee problems! I've created a short Chakravakasana sequence for you to experience if you're curious.
